Garry's experience in the livestock industry stems from growing up on a commercial beef cattle property in the Hunter Valley of NSW. He was invited to judge various breeds in the Beef Cattle sections of the Sydney and Melbourne Royal shows, regional livestock exhibitions and various agricultural shows throughout Australia. He has an extensive range of skills and expertise in animal husbandry, animal behaviour, livestock production and enterprise management and has provided management consultancy services to some of Australia's largest pastoral companies, live exporters and industry organisations. Over the past 10 years he has been heavily involved in the development of world leading technology systems for the National Livestock Identification System (Livestock Exchange Pty Ltd is currently Australia’s largest provider of NLIS technology systems and hardware to the Australian saleyard industry).
Mr Edwards is playing an integral role in facilitating generational change in livestock marketing techniques, development of new facilities, operational techniques and adoption of automated data collection and traceability systems.
Anna is the Operations Manager for Livestock Exchange joining the company in January 2010 after spending 6 years with Consolidated Pastoral Company (CPC). She has extensive firsthand experience in working with, and training, on property staff in the adoption of new technology and systems.
From 2007 to 2009 Anna was responsible for the development and management of CPC’s 3,000 cow stud/seedstock operation at Newcastle Waters Station.
During 2010 Anna was the project leader for Livestock Exchange on behalf of MLA / Livecorp in the implementation of the technology systems and procedures in Egypt associated with reopening the Live Export trade between Australia and Egypt. Anna has also project managed the delivery of a new IT sales processing platform for Australia's largest livestock agency Elders Limited which involved installation in 350 of the Elders branches including remote locations.
Anna has undertaken a Bachelor of Science - Microbiology and Pathogenesis of Bacterial Disease and a Bachelor of Primary and Secondary Education whilst working in the stock camps. The focus of her degree was in remote schooling in Aboriginal Communities where she set up part of the curriculum in Kununurra and Elliott based around training young people to be able to work on cattle stations in the Territory and WA.
She has extensive knowledge of the operational systems involved in the Northern Australian Livestock Industry. Anna grew up in the Western district of Victoria on a mixed cattle, sheep and cropping enterprise.

Joining us in January 2012, Alec has a wealth of experience from his 7 years with Suncorp working in a variety of roles including Developer, Process Analyst and Business Analyst. He has a Bachelor of Information Technology from Griffith University.

Francois has extensive experience in managing the design, development and deployment of customer specific software utilised in various industries from the Airline industry through to Manufacturing and Banking. He fulfilled various roles during the last 17 years ranging from Industrial Engineer and Systems Engineer to Business Process Analyst and Project Manager. Francois has a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
